In 1930 Levy & Rappel became the first company to develop a soft and supportive orthosis. Our lab was founded on a commitment to individual attention. We set the standard for those who came after us. Three quarters of a century later we are still setting the standard as the only company which continues to address the individual demands of your patient with custom-made orthosis, hand-crafted and fabricated on your molds. Your casts are poured in plaster and modified to your specifications.
Individual attention, to us, means our responsibility to keep abreast of the latest advances in the industry. Our excellent craftsmanship is complemented by up-to-date bio-mechanical principles. Our custom foot orthoses, from practical leather to stylish dress, from cork to carbon-graphite, represent a combination of innovation and tradition whose quality is unmatched. The individual attention and unmatched quality would be incomplete without exceptional service. Levy and Rappel has built their reputation on a record of outstanding personal service. Add to this a 3-5 day turn-around, free inbound shipping, frequent buyer discounts and a lifetime FOAMART® replacement program.
Levy and Rappel has set the standard in the orthotics industry for over seventy-seven years and we intend to continue that tradition for a long time to come. Our only limitation is the limits of your imagination.
Levy and Rappel continues to produce the highest quality product to meet your patients’ needs. When only the finest is required, come to Levy and Rappel.
Sincerely,
David J. Kramer, President

After careful examination of the foot, mark all areas that will require modifications with an indelible pencil. This will be transferred to the FOAMART® impression to provide Levy & Rappel® with more information. In addition, you may draw a line bisecting the calcaneus so that we will have a reference line called 'Neutral'.
